For students who still want to be close to campus, Kestrel is the best remaining option for on campus living. It is a bit pricier than standard house residences, but it has the benefit of apartment style amenities like furnished rooms and extra closet space.

Kestrel is absolutely the best townhouse option at Fanshawe. If you are a student who is aiming for off campus housing, look no further than Patann. Rooms seem to be consistently available on Patann so it is not hard to find housing in the spot. Additionally, it is the off campus option that is closest to Fanshawe. If you are living off campus to avoid a wide load of student loans, Briarhill is probably your best bet.

It's a bit further from Fanshawe, but there is a good transportation system. Briarhill's best claim to fame is its status as the least expensive off campus option.

Second Street always seems to be searching for tenants. With five bedrooms, the rent tends to be more spread out, too, and more students are always found to live in it. It also helps that parking and utilities are included here!

Hartlet Street is great for spaciousness, which is not always common with off campus housing. However, it does boast a pretty decent distance to campus. The one downside is that it runs on the expensive side, which may be a dealbreaker for some students. Adelaide is a bit further from campus and it is slightly more expensive than other off campus options.

What it lacks in these departments, though, it makes up for in amenities. One of the newer options, Adelaide is a housing option that feels the most like a home. Culver is slightly less expensive than some other off campus options, but this is apparent in the amenities, which are not as fleshed out either.

However, Culver is pretty close to the center of Fanshawe. A major downside is that it is exponentially harder to land a room in Culver than it is in most other locations.
