Who is wireless advocates
We set the standard for finding emails Trusted by over 9. We had no where to begin. Scouring the web at all hours of the night wasn't gonna cut it.
RocketReach has given us a great place to start. Our workflow has solid direction now - we have a process in place the begins with RocketReach and ends with huge contact lists for our sales team.. We can divert our attention to actually going after the customer now! Great for building a list of leads. I loved the ability to determine personal emails from virtually anyone on the web with RocketReach. I was assigned a project recently that regarded public relations, partnership, and outreach responsibilities and RocketReach not only connected me to prospective individuals but allowed me to streamline my search approach on the basis of location, skill set, and keyword.
Prior to RocketReach, we would reach out to people through professional networking sites like Linkedln. But it was frustrating for us to have to wait for people to accept our connection requests if they accepted them at all and sending is too expensive.. With the shear number of contacts we've been able to find using RocketReach, the platform has probably saved us nearly five years' worth of waiting.
It's the best, most effective email search engine I've used yet, and I've tried a few. Both in the scope of the searches, and in the number of accurate emails found, I find it surpasses others. I also like the layout, which is easy on the eye, more attractive and efficient. The bottom line is that it has been a effective tool in my work, as a non-profit reaching out to leadership. Before RocketReach, the process of sourcing email addresses consisted of scouring the internet, asking mutual friends, or stalking on LinkedIn.
The most frustrating part was how time consuming this all was. Finding emails for contacts turned into a one-and-done instead of a week long process. Looking up emails for a targeted outreach was manual and enormously time consuming. When I tried RocketReach and to find business information about key people in seconds in an easy and seamless process, I was hooked!
SALES Empower your sales teams to reach the right decisions makers directly, using the most accurate and up-to-date emails, phone numbers and social media links. Lorem ipsum dolor sit, amet consectetur adipisicing elit. The systems used at my location look like they are from the 's, and you basically have to learn to code to even scan an order for customers which gets very annoying.
If you have no where else to go that will pay you more and you want some sells experience its not bad. It's also pleasing seeing our military everyday. Pros Half off verizon bill. Cons Low pay. Was this review helpful? Report Share. Had a HORRIBLE manager that had me do all his work I had to pick up the responsibilities without the pay and on top of that they had poor work ethic and couldnt even be bothered to wear appropriate work clothing.
Pros Can pick when you want to take breaks. Cons Everything Else. Yes There are 1 helpful reviews 1 No. Great people at the kiosk and store, but upper management has a high turnover rate for a reason. It's great being inside Costco and my team is great as we're leading in total sales, but upper management is a whole different ball game.
Since I've been here, I've had 2 different DMs. My coworkers have had 3 maybe 4. I've been told so many different things about how things work, I'd rather just go to my kiosk manager or my coworker for help and that's it.
If they're not available then I guess I'm just lost. Pros Inside Costco, great hours. Cons High turnover rate in upper management, terrible glitchy point of sale system that is full of errors, commission system is a scam. Yes No There are 1 unhelpful reviews 1.
Over worked and under appreciated. Management is terrible, they crack down on you at any chance regardless of how dedicated of a worker you are, how much you sale, or how often you work. They leave locations understaffed ask you to work at other locations and all day regardless of your availability.
Pros Commission. Cons store management, company management, pay, foot traffic. Managers and district managers are really bad at their job. A lot of employees do not care for customers needs. Just sell and good bye.
No explanation, no customer service and no honesty to anyone. Pros Special programs. Cons Really bad management and abuse lunch hours. Would you recommend working at your company?
Help people considering your employer make a good choice. Not a great place to work. This job is constantly telling you your performance isn't good enough even if you hit all the goals they provide you. They will tell you that you can make so much money in commission and it is a flat out lie. They judge and lie to you all the time. Pros Discounts on phone plans. Cons Management is inexperienced. Never have anything in stock. Commission isn't worth the time.
Horrible management and an incredibly toxic environment. Stay away. I worked for this company for a while. District managers get away with fraud and time card fraud, along with violating CPNA laws a lot! The pay is not what they say it is, and are exaggerating what you can make by a long shot! If you were smart, would look for another company to work for that values their employees since they are the ones bringing in the dollars!!!
Pros Discount on cell service. Good place to work for a quick buck. It's a good place to work. Your on your feet the entire time, gets kinda tiring.
Definitely have to take breaks. All in all not a bad experience. It was fun while I was there. Pros People are friendly.
Cons High sales expectations. Jobs at Wireless Advocates. Wireless Sales Expert. Pros Lunchtime. Cons Being clocked in. The company has been floundering and laying the failures at the feet of the employees that do the most work.
The pay is not competitive and most of the best people have left. Job is only tolerable as a secondary job and even then one would probably do best to move on. Pros Self managed on most days. Cons Pay, business infrastructure, antiquated sales tactics, no vision of the present or future consumer habits.
Been working here long enough to see at least 4 different managers in lead positions. Pay and hour fluctuate a lot and commission is paid out at a flat rate so if you sell a lot your bonus can be huge. Some stores your commission is only per month due to slow locations and some stores your bonus is k and even higher as a store manager.
Covid has made staffing exceptionally hard since base hourly for sales reps is 8 in most states and Commission is only going to allow so much at certain stores. Pros Pto, Easy Advancement, Overtime given at holidays. Management will treat you as if you are a warm body and nothing else. They do not care about you. Located inside Costco, and while you are not employed my Costco, you are still seen as an employee and therefore have to listen to them while they treat you horribly as well.
Only benefits are for the manager, while the employees under do all of the hard work. Upper management will ask things of you and tell you to do things that are not okay. Pros Discounts on phone plans, if you can get them to set it up. Cons Upper management is careless, pay.
I feel very disappointed at wireless advocates. It is very low staffed the management is rude and difficult and constantly makes more rules and policies is rude when explaining things and makes it hard to get through work day. Pros Breaks and lunches.
